2. Purpose of the Site

The Site provides:

  • news, commentary, and video material related to Tonight with Dick & Marge;
  • embedded links to YouTube for official episodes and related media; and
  • an online shop offering official merchandise.

All content is intended for entertainment and satire.

4. Shop and purchases

Our online shop is powered by Shopify, which provides secure checkout, payment processing, and data protection.

Snoox Studios AS remains responsible for:

  • accurate product descriptions and pricing,
  • fulfilment and delivery of orders, and
  • handling returns in line with consumer law.

Shopify is responsible for:

  • secure checkout and fraud protection, and
  • the technical operation of the payment platform.

If you experience an issue during checkout or payment (such as a processing error or declined transaction), please contact Shopify Support via their Help Centre or the contact link shown at checkout.

Prices are shown in the selected currency and include taxes where required by law.

Shipping times are estimates only.

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us directly.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if items are unused and in original condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item.

Unless stated otherwise, all text, images, characters, videos, and designs on this Site are the property of Snoox Studios AS or its licensors. The Dick & Marge name, logo, and character likenesses are protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may share short excerpts or links for non-commercial purposes with credit to Snoox Studios AS. Commercial use or reproduction without permission is prohibited.

6. Satire and disclaimer

Tonight with Dick & Marge is a satirical production. Names, characters, and situations are fictional or exaggerated for comedic commentary.

Any resemblance to real persons or events is coincidental or constitutes lawful parody. Content should not be taken as factual reporting or personal endorsement.

7. Third-party services and links

Embedded YouTube videos, Shopify checkouts, or external links are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or behaviour of third-party sites or services.

8. User conduct

When submitting comments or messages, you agree not to post unlawful, defamatory, or abusive material. We may remove content or restrict access at our discretion.
